When addressing a dispute, I first consider whether a negotiated resolution is possible and whether it would serve my client’s interests. This is not the right approach in every case, so I develop a legal strategy by weighing the circumstances and potential consequences. Drawing on my international corporate experience, I help assess the available options, prepare for negotiations and, where necessary, represent my client in court proceedings. I also represent clients in litigation, damages disputes, arbitration and proceedings before regulatory authorities.
My experience spans international law firm, in-house and independent practice roles. I advise clients on energy, commercial and regulatory matters. My work has also involved pharmaceutical licensing agreements, electric mobility and legal issues relating to nuclear power projects. I place particular emphasis on understanding the market and my client’s needs, tailoring my legal approach to the circumstances of each matter and the client’s interests.
